1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use ClarityVesting™.
  • By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Your Account

  • Your account is personal; sharing login information is not allowed.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuse the service.

3. Intellectual Property & Content Use

  • All content on ClarityVesting™, including articles, charts, and AI-generated content, is owned by ClarityVesting™.
  • You may access and use content for personal purposes.
  • Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction of content may violate copyright laws and these Terms.
  • By using the service, you agree to respect our intellectual property rights.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

  • By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe and charged according to your selected billing period.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of your billing period.
  • If you switch from an annual to a monthly subscription, any unused portion of your annual payment may be applied as a credit toward your monthly plan. Stripe handles this automatically, and you will not be charged for the upcoming months until the credit is exhausted.
  • Refunds are only offered for technical errors or billing mistakes and must be requested within 7 days of purchase. Switching plans or unused credits do not qualify as refunds.
  • Any promotions or special offers are subject to their own terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.
  • If you have an issue with your payment, please submit your request using the contact form on the website. If the issue is not resolved, Stripe’s dispute resolution process will apply.

5. User Responsibility

  • The content is for informational purposes only.
  • We do not provide financial advice, and some content may be AI-generated or contain errors.
  • All investment decisions are your own responsibility.

6. Rules & Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use ClarityVesting™ for illegal purposes.
  • Attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, hack, or bypass the service or its security features.
  • Violate any applicable laws while using the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClarityVesting™, its owners and operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on content or AI-generated information.

8. Privacy

Your use of ClarityVesting™ is also governed by our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store personal information. By using the service, you consent to the practices described in that policy.

9. Account Termination

  • We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other misuse.
  • Upon termination, your access to the service and content may be revoked.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law.

11. Updates

  • We may update these Terms at any time.
  • Continuing to use the service means you accept the latest terms.
